Description: speeds up a character's healing process
This power works the same as Accelerate Healing (self only) under Body Control
except that the psychic can use it to speed up the healing process of other
people as well, which gives it an increased Activation Difficulty. Range
is for initiation of the effect, once a person's metabolism has been accelerated
they do not have to remain within range of the psychic.
Suggested Enhancements and Limitations:Share Power cannot be
taken for this power since it is already part of the power's effects. Improved
Control could allow the character to reduce the side effects of the increased
metabolism, such as not accelerating need for sleep. Selective Efficiency
could be used to make the power more effective at healing either physical
or mental damage.
Requires Extra Concentration is a common Limitation
for this power, as is Usable Only in a Trance. Selective Weakness
could be used to make the power less effective at healing one type of
damage. Reduced Range could be used to reduce it to Self, the power would
only work on the psychic.

This power works the same as Diagnostic Probe (self-only) under Body
Control except that the psychic can also probe the minds of others to
assess any mental damage they may have taken and to assist them in the
healing process, which gives it an increased Activation Difficulty.
Suggested Enhancements and Limitations: Share Power cannot be
taken for this power since it is already part of the power's effects.
A Permanent Adjustment can be made to reduce the required Duration, or
the Set Duration Limitation could be bought off by increasing the Activation
Difficulty by +4. The Reduced Control Limitation could be used to
eliminate the ability to ask questions about the damage, leaving only the
healing benefits. Usable Only in a Trance is a common Limitation. Reduced
Range could be used to reduce it to Self, the power would only work on the
psychic.

Description:screens the character from direct psionic
influence
The power works by substituting for the character's
psionic resistance skill, or for any other resistance attribute
as specified in a power. It does not shield the character from Kinesis
powers but it will protect the character against all Telepathy powers and
from Psychic Senses or Psychic Defenses powers which operate against a
character directly. (Example: it will work against the Telepathy
version of Reality Probe because that scans the target's mind for
information, but it will not work against the Psychic Senses version of
the same power because that one scans the Akashic Record for information
about the target.)
The power can be used to block psionic influences
already in effect on the character, such as keeping a telepath who has
already started using Mind Probe from digging any deeper into the
character's mind. The shield can be made reflective by increasing it's
Psi Strain value by +5; with a reflective shield, any time another psychic
fails to penetrate the shield with aPpower a feedback loop is created and
the Psi Strain value for the power they just used is also increased by +5.
Suggested Enhancements and Limitations: Improved Control would
allow a character selectively block other psychics, letting some through
while keeping others out. Area Effect cannot be added to this power
because that is already covered by the Group Resistance power. Selective
Efficiency could be used to make the shield more effective against a particular
Power Group.
Not Maintainable and Recharge are common Limitations,
representing the difficulty in keeping a shield up for long periods of
time. Selective Weakness could be used to make the power less effective
against a particular Power Group.

This power creates an area of psychic interference
around the character, making it more difficult for anyone to use powers
from the Psychic Senses power group within its area of effect - this includes
trying to sense into the area of effect as well even if the psychic is outside
the range of the Power. The Effect Value is read through the Power Push
Chart and the modifier is added to the Activation Difficulty and Psi Strain
Rating of any attempt to activate a Psychic Senses power within the area
of effect. It is also added to any resistance values against Psychic
Senses powers that are targeted on someone or something within the area
of effect.
Suggested Enhancements and Limitations:Improved Control would
allow the psychic to selectively hinder other psychics within the area
of effect instead of blanketing the entire area of effect with interference,
or it could be used to selectively screen locations within the area of
effect instead of the entire area (for example, it could be used to screen
a single person against Remote Viewing while leaving the rest of
the surrounding area visible to the viewing psychic, who may otherwise
be suspicious of a large area into which he cannot see.)

Description:detects the use of psionic powers
This power allows the character to sense other
psychics when they use their powers or to detect that psionic powers are
targeted on his location. The Effect Value is compared to a difficulty based
on the type of power being used to see what the character is able to learn
about the power being used: Body Control DN 13, Psionic Defense DN 12 ,
Psychic Senses and Telepathy DN 10 and Kinesis powers DN 8. The success
level determines the amount of information gathered: a Minimal
or Average result only reveals the general direction and distance
of the person using the power, a Good reveals the Power Group being
used, a Superior tells what specific Power is being used and on
a Spectacular result the character can determine the target or goal
of the power use, even if it is outside this power's Range..
Suggested Enhancements and Limitations:Selective Efficiency would
make the power more effective at detecting uses of certain Power Groups
while Selective Weakness could be used to make the power less able to detect
the use of certain Power Groups.
